Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders require between 1 to 3 business days for processing. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information, usually within one business day. Pre-orders will be shipped on or after the date specified at the time of purchase. All watches and straps are shipped from Sydney, Australia.

Shipping

Domestic (Australia)

Orders within Australia are shipped using Australia Post Express. The price of your order includes all relevant taxes and customs fees, and no additional charges will apply upon delivery.

International

International orders are shipped using DHL Express. Once a shipment reaches your country, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other fees, including VAT. These costs are not included in the purchase price and remain the responsibility of the customer. DHL generally delivers to most global locations, although in certain regions they may pass the delivery to a local partner, which may cause additional delays.

For customers in the Russian Federation, DHL can only deliver to business addresses. Deliveries cannot be made to residential addresses.

Customs and Duties

Any customs fees, import duties, or VAT are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are payable directly to them or to DHL upon delivery. Since all orders are shipped from Australia, the applicable rates vary from country to country. Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded on the basis of unexpected import costs. 

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns for a change of mind are not accepted or qualify for a return. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, and any customs or import fees already incurred cannot be refunded. Refunds will cover the order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the returned watch shows signs of wear, adjustment, or damage, or if it is not returned in its original condition, the refund will be reduced to reflect the cost of restoring the watch to a saleable condition, or the watch may be returned to the customer. 

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within fourteen days of delivery by emailing peter@pareawatches.com with your order number and photographs of the damage. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Returns for warranty issues will be covered by us.

Where an order is returned to us as undelivered, we will attempt to contact you at least three times using your nominated contact details. If we do not receive a response within three months, the order will be considered abandoned and returned to our inventory. Refunds will not be possible once the goods have been returned to stock. If a refund is issued, it will be reduced by any return shipping costs and any taxes charged during the return process.
