Parea Warranty

Every Parea watch is built to last, and we stand by that commitment. That is why all of our timepieces are covered by a two-year international manufacturer warranty, commencing from the date of shipment.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If something isn’t right due to our fault, we will make it right. After investigating the issue, if our workmanship or parts are deemed at fault, we will repair or replace the watch at our expense.

Our warranty is a return-to-base policy, meaning the watch must be returned to us for assessment. Each claim is carefully reviewed, and if the issue is instead the result of misuse, lack of due care, or damage outside normal use, we will provide repair options before taking any further action.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Accidents, negligence, or abnormal use

• Failure to follow the care and usage guidelines provided by Parea Watches

• Normal wear and tear

Whether purchased directly from us or through Kickstarter, your watch is fully protected under this policy. If it’s our fault, we will take care of it.
